This is England. He will get a slap on the wrist. Not even that probably.

I know judges in England are often pretty shit at giving out decent sentences. You could well be right, slap on the wrist - £100 fine to be taken at £2 per week from his benefits.
But I actually think they'll throw the book at him. But when judges want to make an example of someone, or the case gets a lot of press attention or for particular crimes the sentences are pretty hefty, and like I said, last week a man was given 18 months because his dog bit someone. It wasn't even GBH that the dog caused, and he wasn't banned from owning dogs.

So it's gonna be a way bigger sentence than 18 months for the guy who was banned and let his dogs kill someone.

But yeah it pisses me off in the UK that the heaviest sentences are given to armed robbers and people high up in the drugs trade, and not to pedos or rapists. Rob a gold bullion delivery and you are looking at 25 years plus. Get caught making LSD, you're looking at 15 yrs inside. Rape and batter an 80 year old and you'll get about 8 years and be out in 5.

UK law is designed to protect the wealthy or to appease the media. At least this cunt with the dogs has been headline news so that's why I think he's going down for a good while.

I was going to say this. Survival tip!!!! I saw it mentioned in some other story. I think it was an owner or something getting attacked…but he said that he shoved his thumb up the dog’s ass and it eventually stopped. He was also talking about, like, surviving by supplying the crazy animal with part of you that you don’t mind getting hurt at (as much) because you don’t have massive arteries there. Basically like “chew on THIS while I deal with you because I know I won’t bleed to death from puncture wounds there.” So gross.

Were they between his legs, right by his femoral artery? It was fuzzy. What injuries did he end up having? This is so horrible

Dogs are just animals. But a father/child/sibling/spouse is irreplaceable. We all die eventually. But being eaten alive in the mud is the dumbest way to go. What a tragic waste. I wonder if the screaming lady was his wife or something.

And HOW could someone live w/ dogs that savagely murdered a man…someone’s husband, father, child, etc ?! No normal person could stand that. The guilt and trauma would be overwhelming. And to bring it around their NEWBORN? Those dogs will rip the owner’s newborn to shreds. Negligent af and super childish. It’s like, he’s had his “fun” with his fighting dogs…now it’s time to be an adult and a proper father. I hope those dogs are dead by now. Any animal that happily murders a human being for no reason (other than that they were bred & created to be assholes) doesn’t deserve to live. I hope they’re dead for the little baby’s sake. Animal control wouldn’t need to act cuz I’d blow their faces off before they responded to the reports by showing up at my home. Hell, those dogs deserve to be lit on fire or thrown in a vat of acid. They should suffer as miserable of a death as what they inflicted on that innocent neighbor. Their owner honestly deserves the same.

Dogs are replaceable- and meant to be replaced. Why in the world would someone want an animal that will eat them if it’s looked at funny or in a mood?! They can select a normal dog … there’s millions of them. That dude is white trash

Same. Deadly force was needed here. I woulda provided it without hesitation. Choke them, bleed them, kill them, make them let go, make them pass out. Pour gasoline on them and light them on fire. Whatever weapons I could find…whatever saves the guy’s life … I’m down. I’d bludgeon their skulls w/ that brick. I’d RUN for knives. Shove one right up their asshole…maybe after shoving it in their eyeball. Stab them in the brain via the ear, brainstem, and/or spinal cord.

Whatever kills them. Because that’s the only way this dude was gonna survive. I’d literally slaughter all of those animals then burn their corpses. In protection of a HUMAN? Ummmmm…..DUH!

They looked like they had his femoral artery (they between his legs, right?!!!), so time was of the essence. I’d cut their genitals right off. Shove the knife in their mouth from the side (if it could be done without stabbing the victim) to force them to release. Oh, and the jugular veins, of course. Start there. Anteriolateral neck. I’m sure they have a carotid artery with it like we do. Cut that sucker and game is over.

ETA: OH! Also..I think you wanna get them in a headlock. Obviously, that depends on whether you have access since there were several dogs around him & in the way. But if a leash was nearby, pass it under their neck then tie it as tight as possible. Cut off blood leaving & entering the brain. Compress the vagus nerve.
