I call accidental death, using that small car he was trying to tow that large truck .. due to no tow bar he considered his neck a suitable anchor ..smoke but no cigar kid  |

I was stationed in Germany years ago. A guy that was passed over for promotion tried to take his own life the same way - rope around his neck, tied to a truck bumper. He got behind the wheel of a HMMWV (Hummer) and hit the gas. Two issues: didn’t use his seat belt and canvas doors. He was pulled through the door and left lying paralyzed from the neck down. The Vehicle rolled to a stop against the motor pool fence.  |
