Re: U.S. Soldier Hit By An I.E.D. While Out On Foot Patrol
I know were there and we should be but taking iraq just so we can americanize it and let rich corporations carve it into pieces while hundreds of thousands die just isnt right! The middle east does not want any sort of western influence in there region so why cant we respect that? Just leave the fuckers alone and they will stop plotting terrorist attacks against us... Do you really think they just like killing us? They dont like the way we do things and were trying to force our ways on them... |

Re: U.S. Soldier Hit By An I.E.D. While Out On Foot Patrol
the US created tht mess in iraq and now they have to clean it up, if u just suddenly leave iraq it wont fix any mess it would just create a massive civil war. thts why they are there. i take it bush never thought out his plan for iraq throughly enough. noone in washigton anticipated such a surge in insurgency after the invasion. same with afghanistan they came to clean it out of messed up hijis aka the taliban and they destroyed the taliban alright but wen the taliban fled to waziristan the pakis couldnt finish them off (tht comes at no surprise as pakistan is also a muslim country) then the taliban regained its strengh and began a war of attrition. |

America fucked up afgahnistan when they helped afgahnistan defeat the russians and left them to fend for themselves after... Not that were obligated to help them out after but it would have made things alot better if we would have gave them a lil bit more then instead of spending all this money now... |

Re: U.S. Soldier Hit By An I.E.D. While Out On Foot Patrol
Saddam Hussein created the mess in Iraq. Now that he and his sons are liquidated we rebuild. For Christ's sake, we are building schools, we are restoring power and water to the cities and villages. We are providing medical care for them. Of course we can't leave. I predict we will be there for decades, this rebuilding effort doesn't happen overnight. |
