and i am sure if he stuck his arm out the window and his arm got ripped off like that, then the arm wouldnt be in the train

I'm guessing he didnt stick it out the window. He probly got it ripped off where one train car meets another(the metal covering they have to make sure people dont fall down between the cars onto the tracks)
