I think for some people education is too late. I meant educating the younger generation to cause no harm or loss to others.

The only thing that makes me think that's untrue is the fact that near the end of the vid, the guy was smashing the victim's hand with a rock. If it was rape, then I'm pretty sure we'd have seen some groin smashing ;)
