I used to teach newbies how to drive heavy forklifts and one of the first things we showed them before driving was what to do if a truck starts to tip over. It's common sense that people have to know this shit before being let loose on the fuckers.

Yep, that's exactly right but we also knew that people often didn't wear seatbelts and that some companies override the safety cut out switch so we taught them to always brace themselves into the cabin using their legs no matter what.

The real operator was taking a leak and these teens boarded the tractor so doubt these were teenage workers and just horsing around there but people told there was a lack of security measures and inspection. They died in Hospital.
