Two 17-year-old girls, Anastasia F. and Olga Z., were riding an electric scooter when they were run over by the speeding driver of an Audi A6, who had run a red light.

The Audi was driven by 22-year-old Magomed Gapizov, who actively participated in illegal street races in the city. He is currently in pretrial detention.

Story said he ran a red light, ladies might not have expected a traffic menace to come blowing thru red light.

I heard about people starving in the streets in Russia in the last year from a Russian with relatives still there. They are in a full blown war for 3+ years and 22 year old well connected brats are flying around in expensive imported German cars. I thought communism was supposed to make people equal. The communists are trying to kill their undesirable minorities and prisoners by sending them to get killed by drones and HIMARs.
