Re: Two Pit Bulls Maul Alleged Thief to Death
CrunchyCripple, I had this feeling you were going to message me about his. So trespassing results in death, all over the world - every day you say? It's a scary world you live in my friend. Do you have anything to back your claims? Is this a fact?

You haven't seen enough video proof on this site to get that people are killed for stealing things from chickens to cars to drugs? Thieves are killed and thieves also kill. Yes, it does happen every day. Animals are territorial and do take offense to trespassing. Domestic or not, they're not big on following human laws. It's not about what's fair or legal. |

I don't deny the harshness of the dogs and their actions, but in the dogs world (inclusive of that yard and property), they were doing their job. Call it harsh, call it whatever you want.. This shit would have never happened to the poor bastard if he didn't trespass into that yard.. Plain and simple don't trespass in someones yard with intent to pilfer.. Pull the tampax out and take some midol, your menses must be effecting you!!!! |

Re: Two Pit Bulls Maul Alleged Thief to Death
I asked you a simple question to an even simpler answer, Billy. You're an adult and there's certainly no need for insults. What you just said there is THE equivalent of setting landmines in your backyard to discourage trespassers. You as the dogowner are directly responsible by law for the actions of your dog(s) regardless of location. Many states including YOUR OWN follow strict liability rules when it comes to dog bites. Basically, a strict liability law means that you, as the dog's owner, are liable for just about every injury your dog causes. It doesn't matter if you knew your dog was dangerous or had bitten someone in the past. Nor does it matter that you did everything you could to restrain your dog or to protect the public from the dog, such as put up fencing and warning signs. You sir are far too ignorant to know the laws even in your own state! |
