Ecuador, Last night two people in a car waiting for a traffic light were surprised by a hitman on a bike. L. and J. were hit by a total of 10 bullets.  |

Things are getting pretty dire when it's safer to not stop at traffic lights! (I think that is customary, during night at least, in places like Brazil and South Africa).

People will have to start driving like an American soldier in Iraqi streets, pushing cars aside with his humvee to clear the road and keep going to avoide being hit!  |
