Ecuador, Last night two people in a car waiting for a traffic light were surprised by a hitman on a bike. L. and J. were hit by a total of 10 bullets.  |

Things are getting pretty dire when it's safer to not stop at traffic lights! (I think that is customary, during night at least, in places like Brazil and South Africa).
