Cop, ambulance and fire department's radio communications are encrypted here. You can listen that beeping all you want but if you decrypt it (not possible virtually) you'll be prosecuted. Also showing camera on dead person's face is somewhat against culture. A way to respect dead despite whatever gorehounds in DR wants. Brazil style would never fly here in Europe.  |
