Two Men Shot Dead Inside Car Whilst Stopped at Traffic Lights
Two men were shot dead inside their Fiat Siena vehicle whilst waiting for the traffic lights to turn green on the BR-369, near Londrina, Paraná state, Brazil. Security cameras showed two men in a motorcycle approach their vehicle before shooting them.

So much for removing the body carefully. Just yank him out single-handedly causing him to land facedown on the pavement. Can you charge an officer with police brutality if the victim is already dead?  |
