Very poor tactics if they had kicked the door open and rushed the attackers or made a run for it they would have had a far better chance of survival than just laying there on the ground getting filled full of lead. Laying on ground can help if people are shooting at you from a distance but not when they are standing right above you. |

Phones have been Federally mandated for DECADES to allow 911 to be dialed even if the phone is locked or deactivated. However, if you don't know you can just dial 911 as the, "security code" then this is useless info... |

seen a video on youtube stating the assailant was wearing a black latex skin suit and that the shooters are possibly cops....just sharing what I heard  |
