Cambodia. The Boeng Keng Kang district traffic police investigation showed that a black Honda Dream motorcycle carrying 2 people at high speed, completely disregarded a red light at the intersection, and slammed directly into a crossing Honda Scoopy.

The force of the initial impact deflected the victims and vehicles violently into the path of a oncoming white Toyota minivan, resulting in a secondary collision.

Two individuals riding the motorcycle sustained massive trauma upon impact and died instantly on the asphalt before emergency services could arrive and the Scoopy rider survived the initial impact but sustained severe injuries. Medical personnel stabilized them and loaded them onto a stretcher to be rushed to the nearest emergency ward in critical condition.
