Two women died while another motorcycle rider was injured after their vehicle was struck by a minibus.

The two deceased were Jenny O., 21 (first pic) and Janelle O., 20. The motorcycle was driven by a man identified only as Josh, who sustained injuries and was taken to hospital.

The minibus was driven by a 25-year-old man, identified as Mark, who was reportedly transporting 14 passengers at the time of the accident. After the collision, Mark reportedly fled the scene, but Land Transportation Office (LTO) personnel who witnessed the incident immediately pursued and arrested him. Mark failed to provide a driver's license, and his vehicle did not have a permit to transport commuters.
