Colombia. Authorities have identified the two women who died in a hitman attack that occurred Saturday afternoon.

They were Mabel P. and Geo M.B, two elderly women who, were neighbours and talking on the terrace of a house when they were surprised by armed men.

The attackers opened fire without a word and fled the scene, leaving the victims dead on the spot.

The Police arrived at the scene to cordon off the scene and conduct the corresponding investigation. So far, no arrests have been reported, nor has a possible motive for the crime been established.

The bodies were transferred to the municipal morgue for legal proceedings. Authorities invite the public to provide information that may help clarify this incident.
