What’s the cause of death in an incident like this with no obvious blood loss? Blunt force trauma to interior organs/brain? Deceleration injuries?

I always wear my steel toes while riding. If my legs ever are to be touched, it will be above the ankle. Never below. Foot injuries are fuckin horrible. |
