Two dead and 14 injured left a brutal brawl between fans of Independent Medellin and Atlético Nacional The incident took place around 1 a.m. near a bar. A new violent day was recorded among fans in Medellín. Although during the match there was proper behavior inside the Atanasio Girardot stadium, in the early hours of the morning, a fight broke out between fans of the Paisas teams. According to witnesses who witnessed the events, the brawl would have started because members of the Medellin bar, called 'Los Scrapers' arrived at a night establishment where some fans of the National were leaving, who were of course celebrating their team's victory. The barristers in Medellin apparently began to provoke the others who were celebrating the win. Between mockery and mockery, the situation got out of control and ended in tragedy, not only leaving two dead, but also 14 seriously injured people who are currently recovering in care centers. |
