Two Colombian Men Were Shot Dead Outside a Grocery Store
Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia Two young men who were sitting outside a grocery store were shot dead by a sicario, apparently whilst guarding the motorcycles that were parked outside. One of the men, 24-year-old Sebastián Z.V., died at the scene. The other, identified only as 'Yulian Tatto', died in hospital the following day. Sebastián had been convicted of murdering an 18-year-old in what is thought to be a gang confrontation in September 2019. He was apprehended in June 2020. I couldn't find out what sentence he had received, or when he was released. |
