Strange crash there. The bike is left only about 50 feet down yhe road and in not too bad contition. They are flung 20 feet or more over the crash rail and bust up bad. Not saying it's fake. Just wow.... Wierd. and .. Ouch

I would 100% say both died. Dude with his guts out has no real chance, infection would almost certainly claim him, even his paramedics did get there in time. Look at all the dirt and shit that would be in that horrendous wound.
