He was mostly saying "get up Eduardo" Then he asks if the other is alive and they replied with no. Someone talks about calling an ambulance and they kept saying that he is already dead. By the end he kept repeating "get up compadre". |

It doesn't look like he's taking pictures. He's typing something, possibly texting. I didn't see him once point the camera at the dude. He may be texting friends, or even emergency services (not sure if Brazil even has an equivalent of 911, but lots of ES centers can support text).
