Those Power Take Off's - PTO's - are no joke. They can spin at several hundred or thousand RPM's. Coupled with the geared down power of a diesel engine, and you are fucked. You don't get a second chance with those, obviously.

Not to sound dumb, but what actually caused his death here? Obviously his arm was ripped off, and he lost a lot of blood, but it doesn't look like his torso was twisted. Broken neck?

Imagine if you will, sticking your hair into a operating KitchenAid... Pretty much wat happened here, caught a bit of clothing, and it was over...

I'm sure he got yanked really hard and his head might've hit the metal parts. But getting his shirt caught on the spinning shaft could've squeezed his chest making him suffocate.
