This is known usually as the funky town video, if you look they've got an iv on his right upper arm where it's said somewhere they pumped him with adrenaline to keep him alive during the whole ordeal. This one and the ghost rider video have got to be the 2 most terrifying cartel videos or any videos I've seen. Those who don't know the ghost rider video is a guy who tied with hands behind his back and apparently was kept alive for 3 days while rivals pour fuel on his head to ignite and have him appear as ghost rider. It also appears he's got skin that's melted off his face all stuck to his black shirt. He's basically a skull that's on fire. And someone said he was at that point just begging them to kill him and get it over with. His nickname was ghost rider so that's why this method of torture was bestowed upon him as an insult to his name. There's another short one that is disturbing, pida Agua or something. A man who's face and looks like chest is skinned and the torturer is asking if he wants "agua" (water) the man's voice sounds demonic or inhuman and say "si agua" and the torturer tells him to say it again and pours water on his skinned face. Those 3 including this one (funky town) makes me sick to my stomach and I think it's just the sounds of struggling to breathe, or pain beyond imaginable, and fear, desperation.

If you see the tubing on his right upper arm, I've read the torturers pumped adrenaline in him to keep him alive through iv.
