I could be wrong, but I'm guessing it's faked. The camera angle was too centered for this surprise footage(there's nothing of interest that I can see that it would have been angled at), at 13 seconds the head and torso partially disappear, then when the body "pops" it looks like the splatter should have been more obstructed by the truck
