There were 2 diff times this happened to me. Both times were during my newspaper delivery route. I had to exit my car and in my rush I didn’t put it fully in park or something. One time it was on a hill. Both times, I was freaked out but kept calm and got right back in my drivers seat. Scary experiences. Now I never leave the vehicle wo putting the emergency brake on. It’s become habit. But with our 2019 Ram, when you shut the engine off, the emergency brake automatically puts itself on. |
