The trucker could be loading, unloading, or parking for the end of shift. If that's where where they park, he didn't do anything wrong. Those are low as fuck. Hopefully, they fix that.
If that's where they park, as opposed to a few feet further back or further forward . . . I'll let you finish the sentence.
