It is just Murphy's law in action, if you try to do it on purpose you will miss 999 times out of 1,000 but when trucks lose tires by accident they always hit a motorcycle or scooter driver dead on! It is the same thing when people get shot by accident while handling a gun themselves or having an idiot handling it, also by a stray bullet: They always get hit in the head. But police know better and shoot center mass because they are shooting someone purposefully and know pretty well they will only hit a criminal in the head 1 out of 1,000 times, of course by accident you will hit the head 999 times out of 1,000, that's the way things work in real life AND IT SUCKS! |

I agree with Murphy's Law... But I do know some people mostly Frogmen (Navy SEALs) that are surgical with shooting weapons.. Just saying.. Shooting is a practice just like art, music, medicine, etc.... The more you do it, the the better you get... San Diego Co. Sheriffs deputies get 100 rounds of ammo per month to practice free of charge.. There is a significant number of deputies that dont utilize that 100 rounds. Yes they do qualify with the weapon annually, but proficiency is reduced because of lack of practice. Typically the deputies that dont shoot often are the ones working in the courts and corrections. |

WTF kind of random shit was that.  I've seen a few videos on here like this where a tire or object just out of nowhere takes someone out.  Talk about being in the wrong place at the right time. |
