This makes sense. It's harder to "break the ice", so to speak.

In psychology its sometimes called "diffusion of responsibility". The more people there are around an emergency, the less likely anyone will help.
Those two cars that almost stopped were probably going to try to help, but when everyone else kept going, they decided to follow the crowd.

What I wanna know is why was that black car following so closely behind the truck before it crashed. Did it rear end the truck? Was it an enemy of the truck driver?

why should traffic in the oncoming lane, which is divided by a barrier, stop? the 2 vehicles in front of the truck did stop, and i'm sure every one behind the truck was forced to stop. thats plenty of help right there
anywho, reminds me of a bullrider at a rodeo, the way he's hanging out the side window while the truck gyrates around

lol... where did religion come into play in this video??? i see you have no religion, should i start saying thats why you are so full of hate, you lack religion? the argument can go both ways, ultimately religion is not the reason that people are the way they are... they are like that because they are wired like that, and use religion as a catalyst... like getting drugged up or drunk to be able to do something. but the person has that in their heart, regardless of god.
