Re: A Tribute Film to Suicide (DR Edition)

Usually, suicide is an act of cowardice. The people who live are the ones who suffer. I realize some have mental issues, but, for the most part they're cowards. I had a brother drink himself to death after losing a brother in a fire the year before and my father the year before that. I don't know how my poor mother took it. She misses them terribly, especially around the holidays. They made them alot stronger back then I guess.

Re: A Tribute Film to Suicide (DR Edition)

Thanks for the story. I never saw it live, and when I tried to ask my parents what the big fuss was about that guy they kept showing in the news, they wouldn't tell me. I think it wasn't until Rotten.com or maybe Ogrish that I finally watched the video. An oldie but a goodie.

Concerning the dude who killed himself at the police station, I bet some cops got reamed out over that little oversight. At least he quenched his thirst before he blew his brains out.
