1. There were cameras, he/she was probably aware of that, no one even stupid people would kill someone on camera when
2. He/she could've had vigorous sex with/worked him out at home in their apartment, without any witnesses or footage to question where
3. He/she could've stated that he simply had a heart attack in his sleep or while watching tv because he was fucking 73
4. Anyone with intentions on murder especially for money would maybe put a life insurance policy on him, or increase an existing one, and none of that happened
5. Anyone with intentions on murder probably wouldn't be seen in a public area manhandling her/his husband shortly before committing the crime

Of course everyone assumes that he/she was stupid because they committed murder for 900$ a month and wouldn't consider the things I mentioned, but come on...killing someone by exercise? There are many more effective ways of getting an old mans heart racing (like hiring some guys to stage a robbery) than in a gentle pool, that stupid people would be able to think of before attending a water aerobics class.
