Re: Train Suicide In India
I find this video hard to believe. First, the camera pans in on the woman, more or less singling her out. Other than one person who ducks in then out of camera view, the concourse is completely barren of people. This is, in itself, something I have never seen - A train approaches a loading gate and there are no people waiting to board the train. Right before the train arrives, the lighting or camera exposure gets much better and everything can be seen more clearly. Third, the woman has time to jump off the platform, cross the tracks, lay down and position her head perfectly across the tracks before the train hits her. Finally, the guys talking, presumably near where the camera is sitting, barely eek out a "shit" when the woman is struck. I would certainly think anyone seeing this unfold would be screaming out in horror, not conversing in normal tones. Everyone has an unqualified opinion of what they see. This happens to be mine.

Re: Train Suicide In India
You do realize that this was someone taping the suicide off of a surveillance camera, it even shows that they are watching this on an HP monitor. It also says Archive Player on the screen. So it most likely happened earlier. There are dozens of vids on here that are of a death/accident/etc that were recorded on surveillance cameras originally but then some morbid person used a cell phone or some other recording device to video the incident. |
