I swear, in Indonesia (and/or other asian islamic countries) they appear to either grow those big-leaf plants alongside the roads or maybe those few who have cars always just carry a couple around in the trunk, JUST for covering (female) bodies. I suspect that ambulances there (and anywhere where donorcycles are a primary vehicle) also carry a road spatula, maybe they just didn't have theirs on-hand at this time.
