Vietnam. A truck ran over someone in the road and a traffic cop was on the scene but was also hit by a truck and died also.   |

Its not often you see a video of the installation of what is known in the UK as a sleeping policeman. I guess there must have been a problem with traffic speeding in that lane.  |
