I like how the lights flash 3 times before they change. But obviously this Earnhardt wannabe was a blind bastard and was in a hurry. I feel if the yellow lights in the US lasted a couple seconds longer, or the redlights overlapped a few seconds, traffic crashes like this would ease off. But this flashing light thing looks like it should work until you watch this video

car that was hitted crossed on red light, audi came with about 150 km/h. no one was drunk, just speed
