Dude was pretty mangled and tangled..

Great effort keeping him ventilated, but by the extent of his obvious disfiguring traumatic injuries, he will more than likely not be a survivor.. Just from a fractured pelvis, 50% mortality.. His pelvis was crushed..

As EMS personnel, we like to keep going till the person is pronounced. Maybe the desire to save the life makes us work even harder and push beyond the norms.. I personally would not be able to rest easy, unless I knew I did all I could do!!!!
