Or at least paid attention to the fucking road. I've never seen a car get that close to a lamp post then again they weren't in America so that could be a factor but also most countries assume that people aren't stupid enough to hang out a window. Even still partial blame goes to the friend.

If you look at the picture of the road sign it's a small distance from the road but still, I don't know how she hit her head if the car was still on pavement! The car was certainly as close as possible and still be on the road, you can see the rubber marks on the curb by the sign! Blame definitely lies with both of them. Taking the video and not paying attention to where the car was on the roadway definitely played a part in that woman's death. That's one of the reasons cell phone usage in several states in the US is regulated or outright prohibited. I guess they don't want us driving while filming our naked friends as they're hanging out of the car...
