Oh my God put the fucking camera down and give a little assistance to that woman....she might be running on adrenaline and have some internal injuries that aren't presenting themselves yet. It's great for the website, but it's also a bit sad how people will grab their cameras to film things like this and not even attempt to lend a hand if someone is in need of one.

I'm gonna guess that the video starts just a few seconds before the crash judging by everyone's apparent state of shock. The guy filming was probably in the car behind the one that hit the truck.
