Tipper Truck Driver Killed When Tyre Exploded While Being Removed
Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, India A 24-year-old truck driver, Anil S., was killed when a tyre on his truck exploded while it was being removed at a tyre shop. Two workers at the tyre shop were injured. Anil was driving the truck, which was laden with coal, when one of the tyres became punctured. When the tyre shop workers tried to remove the tyre, they noted the tyre and rim were extremely hot. During the removal, smoke began to billow, before the tyre exploded. One of Anil's legs was severed in the explosion. After ten minutes at the scene, he was taken to hospital, but died on the way. |

JFC! Walk around afterwards, don’t bother checking on the guy who’s fully down for the count. He could have survived had someone bothered to notice a missing leg and then apply a tourniquet to the area. I fully blame his death on all those ignorant, clueless fucks.  |
