Tied Up Young Bandit Kicked by Bystanders plus a robber on ant colony
Guy was conducting an armed robbery on bus passengers when he was captured by them and tied up.

When a police officer arrives he starts to kick him in the head and some other bystander joins in too.
Not real bloody or gory but falls more under torture than under police video.
