Tied Up and in an Advanced State of Decomposition Body Found in a Lagoon
An unidentified man was found floating in a lake with his hands and feet tied and a cut in his neck. Also stones were used to make the body sink. Around 5:30 pm witnesses found the body floating. The Fire Department was called and removed the man from the lagoon. He was already in an advanced state of decomposition and without documents. The legs, arms, hands and knees were tied. The victim had stones in his pocket and one tied to his head to make the body stay underwater. The victim was wrapped in a green sheet and with his feet wrapped in a rug in addition to cable tv wires and plastic tapes. The place is frequented by citizens who use the lagoon to bathe and fish daily. The victim had a dragon tattoo on his belly and written "Valda" with the design of a crown, both on his left chest, wearing jeans shorts and a black T-shirt. |
