Three women, who were travelling on a mototaxi, were shot dead by as-yet unknown persons, while on the road leading to a preventive detention centre. It has been hypothesised, but not yet confirmed, that the women were going to the detention centre to visit inmates.

Only the driver of the mototaxi has so far been identified - 36-year-old Carmen E.O.S.

I can’t help but have sympathy for these women. But, chances are, they probably killed somebody too. And the victims in that case probably murdered someone else.
