Its a driveway of an establishment. We have lots of Public Utility drivers who drives like that. So if you ever want to visit here, better check facebook and book one of those private car owners who sidelines as rental vehicle. They are more responsible drivers since they drive their own vehicles. as compared to those company owned vehicles with careless and reckless drivers. 90% of Public Vehicle drivers here never attended proper school for driving and are usually self taught or just daring. That includes all of the types of transportation here. Bus, Taxi, Grab/Uber, Tricycles, rental company drivers. All Professional Driver's License holder but were never schooled professionally.

Not in school. But there are Private driving schools all over the country. It's just that the law is not that strict with obtaining driver's license here. and you can get one even without a drive test. I wish someday they would incorporate driving classes in college here as mandatory class subject. That would help minimize irresponsible drivers. And I hope that the government will not issue license to those who dont take and pass drive test or those without recommendation of private driving schools. Like A drive test certificate or something. too many road hazards in human form all over the roads here. |

In the Philippines. we call them Tricycles. Motorcycle with Side cars.
