I watched a Frontline documentary where in the Phillipines these motorcycle assassinations are sanctioned and ordered by Duarte in the killings of muslims and drug addicts or drug dealers.

Vid 2. Was that friend in on the hit? Because then some other young guy comes and helps the other one to take whatever it is off the dead guy...   Or was it them taking the gun the dead guy had on him to avenge the murder? Like they run out and try and shoot the killer? |
