Well, if you're not you have an uncanny knack for portraying yourself as such. Evans was, as stated in the video and repeated by me, a member of Al-Shabaab (The Young Ones), an African offshoot of Al-Qaeda. ISIS/ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) is, as its name suggests, an Iraqi/Levant organization. Do you know what Africa is? Do you know what Iraq is?

The video was shot by Evans for Al-Shabaab but was found, edited and distributed by the Kenyan Defense Force. The Good Guys. I'll try this once more, in caps since you seem to have a reading or learning disability of some sort:

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ISIS.

If the flag is the source of your confusion, it's just a black flag that says "There is no god but God" and "Muhammad is the messenger of God". Those are two basic tenets of Islam that both groups use in an attempt to appeal to the larger Muslim world.

One last time, ISIS and Al-Shabaab are NOT the same. Al-Shabaab is an offshoot of Al-Qaeda, who do not share ISIS' agenda of establishing an Islamic state and have in fact openly disassociated themselves from ISIS. Al-Qaeda is global, ISIS is territorial.
