He was a ISIS member, and he filmed this, probably would have senseless film his potential dead victims if turned in a better way for him. There are many sects or strains of Islamic ideology communites that hold strong differing opinions, beliefs and interpretations of the scripture it's been this way since Muhammad's death. As we see in the world now and throughout history multiple violent interpretations exist we have to remember when Islam spawned these were violent times there was lots of killing and tribal warfare. Again it really depends on your preception of what justifies the label murder. |

Good tactic of the KDF to run over the wounded enemy with an armored vehicle. Safer for them to dispatch the enemy with much lower risk and saves on ammo.
