Everytime I see someone take the big leap..
All I can think of is the hangtime.. it seems like it takes so long for them to hit the ground.
Wonder how many of these people thought on their way down it is taking longer than expected or had second thoughts now that they were airborne?

Personally, if I were to take myself out, I wouldn't shoot myself. I know I'd survive with half a head or something. Jumping? no.. don't care for heights much anyways. As for rat poison? you'd really have to hate yourself to use that method.

I'd have to go with sleeping pills.. one minute awake and coherent, next you're snoring.... then gone and no idea wtf happened.. and meeting whatever awaits you in your afterlife.

One of those things that irk me.. is the BS behind the lethal injection death penalty..
Just pump the bastard full of ambien and some crazy anti psychotic drug, pump em full of morphine. Done. That mofo ain't waking up again.. and it would be peaceful/humane.. lot more humane than rat poison.

Sleeping pills? Not even close to being fast enough. Plus there's a chance you survive as well as still be half conscious for the entire ordeal. The way to do it is to steal a fast car at gun point and wind it up on a straight road. From there you can pick an oncoming car to smash into with no seatbelt. Bonus points if it's a Prius or Smart Car. If you want to make 100% sure you are fucked, pick a semi.

Sure, but it's fast and guaranteed 100% success. I'm not condoning suicide, I'm just saying what works. I think people taking their own life is stupid if that's any consolation.
