In the early hours of Jan 26th, a 38 year old man was shot 3 times by .38 after trying to break into a residential building. A 68 year old man heard strange noises during the night, when he came to check he found the victim trying to break into a room on second floor. The video starts when these two are seen in physical altercation, the scuffles woke up another resident in the building. The thief is seen running back and fourth then ran back with a knife. 3 shots was fired, thief died at the scene. Stolen jewelry and motorcycle was found.

Cool find! (Y) I'm pretty sure however that in my country Hungary the killer of the thief would get at least 5 years of suspended sentence, especially if he's keeping the gun illegally.

Sorry, but he deserved it. Only time I can understand someone thieving is if they are thieving a bit of food for them or their family cos they're starving, and even then I don't think it's right, but I can see why they do it, but if you're going to be thieving like this, with violence, putting others lives at risk for your own greediness, then u deserve shooting.
