I’m looking and looking at the video, I think it’s staged for fun and games. The victim does not looked beat up or abused.
His shirt is neatly tucked inside his pants, socks with lace up shoes. Everything is too intact and perfect.
I think it’s Jokesters not criminal torture. It would have been a bloodied scene if real punishment had been dished out.

While you are speculating with regard to this particular individual, you may very well be right. Let's assume that you are and that he indeed suffered a life of injustice and misery. If so, he has a lot of company. However, not everyone who suffers like that ends up becoming a criminal. Some become decent human beings who are able to empathize with others due to their own sufferings.
