I don't think that every single person in this video honestly hated or even knew the guy. It seems to me "events" like these are some kind of a pressure valve for the people to release built up pain, anger, poverty and life struggles. Keeps the society together...

I wonder if they all saw him thieving, or if they just jump on any rumour as an excuse for a mob murder. If anyone has an enemy in Brazil, all they need do is shout "thief" and point at them, to have them taken out brutally. |
