Bunch of fucking dogs. I don't understand the mentality of these people. They can't just be pissed because someone stole something from their neighbour. I couldn't care less if someone stole from my neighbors and even if someone stole my TV I wouldn't be this pissed. It's more like they are just looking for some excuse to lynch someone.
Your circumstances are very different, that's why, these people live in extreme poverty, for them having a something to eat is almost a luxury, so when someone steals a potato from them it becomes such a big deal, so poverty, limited resources, no education, everything plays a role for them to behave like this, it's not even a race thing.
