I’m not so sure. At that speed and the recklessness of the driving I reckon a harsh sentence in the UK they’d get 5-6 years and be out in 2-3. Maximum penalty imprisonment for ‘Death my dangerous driving’ here in the UK is 14 years, depends on what example the judge wants to set. That is definitely DBDD though. Here’s a link to a story where a foreign lorry driver was on his phone and piled into stationary traffic and killed a family of four.
